Pool

Chadds Walk Residents enjoy access to two pools as well as a swim team. To gain access to Chadds Walk pools as a resident, please pay your annual dues and complete the initial homeowner pool membership online form. Alternatively, you may print the PDF and return to the Board Secretary. Homeowner pool membership forms only need to be completed with initial HOA registration for pool access. NON-RESIDENT POOL MEMBERSHIP:
Chadds Walk offers non-resident pool memberships to the East Cobb community, providing access to both neighborhood pools (located at 2146 Spindrift Court and 4794 Fairville Court in Marietta). Please note that non-resident memberships include access to amenities only and do not extend to HOA-hosted social events, which are reserved for residents. To get started, complete the non-resident pool membership online form. Alternatively, you may print the PDF and return to the Board Secretary. 
POOL LOCATIONS:
  • 2146 Spindrift Court, Marietta, GA 30062 - Pool, playground, three tennis courts, and two pickleball courts 
  • 4794 Fairville Court, Marietta, GA 30062 - Pool, playground
ACCESS CARDS:
Both pools are securely gated and require an access card to enter. Two access cards are granted per family once residents pay HOA dues and sign the respective homeowner or non-resident packet. Homeowner packets only need to be completed with initial registration for pool access. The non-resident packet must be completed yearly for access.
 
The gate should remain closed at all times. An alarm will sound if the gate is left open longer than 45 seconds.
 
What if I lose my access card?
The first two cards for each family are provided for free. Every replacement after that will cost $20 each to cover the cost of the card(s). Use the Contact Us page and select "Pool" from the drop-down to request new access cards.
 
OPERATING HOURS:
 
Both pools are open from May-October. Spindrift & Fairville pools are officially open for the 2026 season.
  • 7:00am-9:00am - Lap Swim (18+)
  • 9:00am-10:00pm - Pool Open (Lifeguards or swim at your own risk)
  • Swim Team Schedule @ Spindrift Pool - please view to see when the pool will be in use by the team. 
 
LIFEGUARDS:
Lifeguard hours are linked below and may vary based on availability. Using the pool when a lifeguard is not on duty is done so at your own risk. Do you need lifeguard hours? Use the Contact Us page and select "Pool" from drop-down.
 
POOL RULES:
Chadds Walk pool rules must be acknowledged in the respective homeowner or non-resident packet. Pool rules are also posted online below for reference.
 
 
Daily Reminder:
  • Pick-up your belongings and trash after visiting. (If you've lost anything, check the Lost & Found pool box)
  • Dispose of large trash in the parking lot dumpster, not in the pool deck cans.
  • Close all umbrellas when not in use to prevent damage.
  • Put back any re-arranged pool furniture after use.
 
POOL PARTIES:
Planning a semi-private pool party this summer? To coordinate, be sure to complete the Pool Party Agreement at least two weeks in advance. After the form is completed, the Board will confirm receipt. Then, visit the Nautix Pools website for lifeguard details and to book additional lifeguards.
 
If you host a party needing additional guards without coordination, the Board may hire them at your expense. Ensuring sufficient lifeguard staffing is crucial for the safety of all Chadds Walk pool attendees.
