Pool

Chadds Walk residents enjoy access to two pools as well as a swim team. To gain access to Chadds Walk pools, pay your annual dues and complete the online submission form. Alternatively, you may print the PDF and return to the Board Secretary.
 
NON-RESIDENT POOL MEMBERSHIP:

POOL LOCATIONS:
  • 2146 Spindrift Court, Marietta, GA 30062 - Pool, playground, three tennis courts, and two pickleball courts 
  • 4794 Fairville Court, Marietta, GA 30062 - Pool, playground
ACCESS CARDS:
Both pools are securely gated and require an access card to enter. Two access cards are granted per family once residents pay HOA dues and sign the respective homeowner or non-resident packet. The gate should remain closed at all times. An alarm will sound if the gate is left open longer than 45 seconds.
 
What if I lose my access card?
The first two cards for each family are provided for free. Every replacement after that will cost you $20 each to cover the cost of the card(s). Use the Contact Us page and select "Pool" from the drop-down to request new access cards.
 
OPERATING HOURS:
 
Both pools are open from May-October. Tentative opening date for Spindrift and Fairville pools will be Friday May 8, 2026.
  • 7:00am-9:00am - Lap Swim (18+)
  • 9:00am-10:00pm - Pool Open (Lifeguards or swim at your own risk)
  • Swim Team Schedule @ Spindrift Pool - please view to see when the pool will be in use. 
 
LIFEGUARDS:
Lifeguard hours are linked below and may vary based on availability. Using the pool when a lifeguard is not on duty is done so at your own risk. Do you need lifeguard hours? Use the Contact Us page and select "Pool" from drop-down.
 
POOL RULES:
Chadds Walk pool rules must be acknowledged in the respective homeowner or non-resident packet. Pool rules are also posted online below for reference.
 
 
Daily Reminder:
  • Turn off all bathroom lights and fans when not in use.
  • Pick-up your belongings and trash after visiting. (If you've lost anything, check the Lost & Found pool box)
  • Dispose of large trash in the parking lot dumpster, not in the pool deck cans.
  • Close all umbrellas when not in use to prevent damage.
  • Put back any re-arranged pool furniture after use.
 
POOL PARTIES:
Planning a semi-private pool party this summer? To coordinate, please complete the Pavilion Pool Agreement at least two weeks in advance. After the form is completed, our Board will confirm receipt. Then, visit the Nautix Pools website for lifeguard details and to book additional lifeguards.
 
If you host a party needing additional guards without coordination, the Board may hire them at your expense. Ensuring sufficient lifeguard staffing is crucial for the safety of all Chadds Walk pool attendees.
