2026 HOA DUES AND FEES:
  • Annual Membership Dues: $1,050 (Late Fees: $50)
  • Initiation Fee: $1,050 (New homeowners are required to pay an initiation fee, in addition to any unpaid annual dues)

Thank you to all who volunteered for our open positions! We have successfully filled all of our 2026 Board positions. For our committee openings, we are still in need of a Spindrift Pool Committee Volunteer and Swim Team Co-Chair. Please email the Board if you are able to help out.

Materials and outcomes from our Annual HOA Meeting on Nov 2 have been posted to the HOA Information page for reference. We are still in need of volunteers for the following roles: Treasurer, Secretary, Pool Committee - Oak Lane side, and Swim Team Co-Chair. Please contact the Board if you are able to volunteer.

Materials regarding our upcoming 2026 Annual HOA meeting have been placed in your mailbox for your review. As a reminder, the meeting will be held on Sunday, November 2nd from 4-6PM at St. Peter and St. Paul Episcopal Church - Parish Hall. The Parish Hall is located right next to the parking lot and you can view these instructions as well.
