Pin lock gates are installed at all four entrances to the tennis courts. Please ensure the gates are closed after use. Do not share the code, even with your children unless they are using the courts for tennis. These measures aim to prevent unauthorized access and maintain the courts in good condition. To reserve a tennis/pickleball course, use the online reservation system (www.reservemycourt.com).

 

Online reservations take precedent over any walk-up players. The courts may be reserved seven days in advance. Courts may be reserved for individual play for up to two hours. If a court remains unused 15 minutes past the reserved start time, it is forfeited. Kindly cancel reservations if plans change. Reservations of a court for private lessons must be cleared through the tennis chairperson.

• Usage of the courts requires a reservation. Be sure to reserve a court within the ReserveMyCourt system before playing on the courts and finish your play by the end of your reservation window.
• Tennis players, please do not schedule Court 1 if Courts 2 & 3 are available during the same time slot. Reserving Court 1 takes two pickleball courts out of commission and blocks the ability to reserve courts for pickleball.
• Pickleball players, if you’re only going to utilize one of the pickleball courts, please only reserve that specific court you’re interested in playing on (Pickleball 1A – closest to Pavilion side or 1B)
• The courts are only to be used for Tennis and Pickleball and damages to the nets and courts can be very costly. If you see anyone on the courts doing other activities, please ask them to leave the courts.
