Chadds Walk residents enjoy access to two pools as well as a swim team. To gain access to Chadds Walk pools, pay your annual dues, complete the Homeowner Pool Packet, and return to the Board Secretary.

ACCESS CARDS:
Both pools are securely gated and require an access card to enter. Two access cards are granted per family once residents pay HOA dues and sign the respective homeowner or non-resident packet. The gate should remain closed at all times. An alarm will sound if the gate is left open longer than 45 seconds.
What if I lose my access card?
The first two cards for each family are provided for free. Every replacement after that will cost you $20 each to cover the cost of the card(s). Use the Contact Us page and select "Pool" from the drop-down to request new access cards.

OPERATING HOURS:
**THE POOLS ARE OFFICIALLY CLOSED FOR THE SEASON AS OF 10/1/24**
Pools are open daily from May-October 1.
- 7:00am-9:00am - Lap Swim (18+)
- 9:00am-10:00pm - Pool Open (Lifeguards or swim at your own risk)

LIFEGUARDS:
Lifeguard hours are linked below and may vary based on availability. Using the pool when a lifeguard is not on duty is done so at your own risk. Do you need lifeguard hours? Use the Contact Us page and select "Pool" from drop-down.
POOL RULES:
Chadds Walk pool rules must be acknowledged in the respective homeowner or non-resident packet. Pool rules are also posted online below for reference.
Daily Reminder:
- All bathroom lights and fans are to be turned off when not in use. (Remember, HOA members indirectly pay the electric bill)
- If you have trash, please make sure it gets dumped in the parking lot dumpster and not left in the can at the pool.
- All umbrellas are to be closed when not in use.
POOL PARTIES:
Planning a semi-private pool party this summer? Visit the Nautix Pools website for details. To coordinate, use the Contact Us page, select "Board Members" and "Pool" from the drop-down menu, and message us at least two weeks in advance. This helps ensure the safety of all residents by adequately staffing our pools, regardless of the number of guests.
After you send a message, our Board will confirm receipt and notify you about the need for extra lifeguards (along with associated costs). If you host a party needing additional guards without coordination, the Board may hire them at your expense. Ensuring sufficient lifeguard staffing is crucial for the safety of all Chadds Walk pool attendees.
