Check out what's happening in the neighborhood.

We wanted to reach out to you with a reminder about the importance of using caution when driving through our neighborhood. We have received numerous complaints about speed, running through stop signs, and distracted drivers. We have an active neighborhood with small children, people walking pets, busses coming and going, and numerous service vehicles parked on the roads. NOTHING is more important than the safety of our residents. When you choose to speed, look at your phone, or try to outrun the busses, you are putting the safety and the lives of your neighbors in jeopardy.
As we move into fall, and visibility is reduced because of shortened daylight hours, it's even more critical that you use extra caution as you drive through the neighborhood. The speed limit signs are not a suggestion, and in fact, slower speeds are warranted most of the time given the activity on our streets.
Please take this opportunity to discuss this with all your family members to ensure we are creating a safe environment for all Chadds Walk residents.
Thank you!
