The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) upholds uniformity and balance within Chadds Walk, aiming to maintain a cohesive community design and safeguard property values. The committee ensures that any changes or additions to structures, landscaping, or exterior elements align with the Design Standards set by the ARC.

 

Homeowners are encouraged to review the Architectural Review Process, Design Standards, and Covenants before planning renovations. For painting projects, review the Approved Paint Colors for a historical colonial palette.

 

Homeowners must seek approval before making alterations, such as painting doors, replacing siding, adding fences, or modifying outdoor features, as outlined in the Covenants. To submit a request with plans for ARC review, please complete the Online ARC Submission Form below. To avoid confusion, one ticket per request is required. Homeowners have the option to appeal ARC decisions to the Association’s Board of Directors.
